I help people make improvements in the areas of career, personal finance and small business.  I specialize in everything from budgeting and debt strategies to full blown financial planning.  My clients have three things in common:  

1. I help people who are seeking improvements.  Something is less than optimal.  They know a better way of living exists--a better budget, more control over their purchases, and they're sick-and-tired of being sick-and-tired, or they're doing well with money but have reached a plateau.  There is something that can be improved, and they are committed to making that change.

   

2. I help people who are coachable.  They have heard the, "I'm Debt Free!" screams on Dave's show, and they want to be next!  They have heard about the success that millions of people have had following Dave Ramsey's principles, and they want to know, "What do I have to do to make this a reality in my life?"  My clients are interested in building their own personal wealth systems.

   

3. I help people who are willing to make an investment in themselves.  They are willing to delay some short term pleasures for long term gains.  They are willing to sacrifice to win.  My clients have the ability to see their time, money and effort in coaching as an investment in their own future.  Quite simply put, I help people fix the goose that lays golden eggs.  My clients realize the decisions they make about money aren't exactly small decisions.  I teach people to create a simple plan they can follow each and every time they get paid.  Together we build a wealth system customized to your life and your money.  Together we can harness the power of your income!   

How much is this investment? There is no easy answer--it depends.  Every client situation is unique.  It depends upon your situation, your needs and what path we take to help you get results.  I'm committed to four principles.   

1. "Free Coaching"  You can anticipate "free coaching."  Meaning, if you follow the advice I share with you, you will recoup 100% of your financial investments in my services.  You will get free coaching if you work the plan.  In some of my larger coaching packages, I'll even put it in writing.  If you don't get free coaching, I will refund the difference.  Period.  My services work every time you work the plan.

   

    
2. Fee Based Advice from Somebody With the Heart of a Teacher - My only product is my time and my advice.  I do not sell any commissioned products.  Advice, information, action plans and introductions to other professionals (if needed) are my core products.  I work for you and your best interests at all times.  Quite often people hire me to simply provide a second opinion.  I don't sell investments, so I'll never ask you to leave your advisor and move your investments to my firm.  

   

3. Sliding Scale.  Your investment in my services varies based upon income, ability to pay and, most importantly, your family's ability to get a return on your investment in coaching.  Before we discuss investment in coaching, it is imperative to quantify the decision you're making.  I'm not the best resource if you want advice on a small $5 decision.  However, if you're talking about harnessing the power of your income, how much money do you make a year?    If you're talking about your 401(k), it's a decision about hundreds of thousands of dollars.  Investing a couple hundred dollars with a wise counselor would be prudent.  What percentage of that resource should you invest in coaching?  How much opportunity is there to improve?

   

   
   
4. "Free Estimates" - Because my services are so custom to your life and money, I don't publish standardized rates or packages.  If you're willing to gather some data about your life and money, I'm willing to invest 15 minutes of my time to help you discover if coaching is right for you.  If my services are not right for you, I'll gladly direct you to a Dave Ramsey resource that is appropriate.
