Hello I’m Dr Peter Thatcher Thank you for stopping by. I am here to help you with any medical problem you have, whether for general advice or more detailed help with your problems.

You may ask whether I’m qualified to help you and the answer is YES. I work as a full time NHS (National Health Service) Consultant Physician (deal with medical problems and Gastroenterologist (deal with stomach, gut and liver problems) in the UK so I’m very well qualified to help you.

I’m fully registered with the General Medical Council to practice as a specialist (GMC number 4027885) so you can check my credentials if you have any concerns (a lot of websites offer online doctors, but can you really trust them?).

I deal daily with people suffering heart problems, blood pressure problems, breathing problems such as asthma and heart failure, women’s problems, men’s problems, pain problems and gut problems so I’m sure I can help you.

As a doctor, a lot of diagnoses can be made on the history of the medical problem (up to 70%) so I’m likely to be able to help you via talking to you on the phone or via a web link. So, if you need help with:
